The Fins Bois clay-calcareous soil provides quality and uniqueness to these spirits, which are round and soft, aging fairly quickly and with a bouquet reminisent of pressed grapes. Cognac Moreau is elaborated exclusively from this vintage and benefits from the Appellation Cognac Fins Bois Contrôlée.
