GRAPE VARIETY : Merlot: 50% Cabernet Sauvignon 45 % Cabernet Franc 5% GROUND : gravel, clay & limestone AGEING: Traditional Oak Aged 12 Month TASTING NOTE: Rich with a lovely juicy plum character to the fruit. The tannins are ripe and round, offering back-bone but are well integrated. The finish is polished and persistent.
