GRAPE VARIETY  :  50%merlot, 40% Cabernet Sauvignon, 10% Cabernet Franc

GROUND : gravel, clay & limestone

AGEING: Traditionnal Oak Aged

TASTING NOTE:  Intense nose with blackberries, lots of chocolate, vanilla and some liquorice. Medium body on the palate, concentrated fruit, bell pepper and lots of oak, raw grainy tannins which result in a firm structure, less convincing flat mid-palate. Acids, fruit and alcohol are balanced but tannins and oak need some time to integrate.
