TASTING NOTE: Eliminating this wine preservative, sulphite, we are moving towards a pleasant, healthier wine that feels good. From harvest to bottling, no sulphite will be added to the wine. Here we work without a net. Wines without added sulphite are more natural but also complex in aromas. a crunchy wine with aromas of cassis, black currant and hints of blueberry. Fruit! Fruit! Fruit!
